Manufacturing Process:
We produce Hydraulic Cylinder Tubes using the cold drawn process, followed by precision honing or skiving & roller burnishing to achieve an ultra-smooth internal finish and tight dimensional tolerances. Tubes are stress relieved and normalized to ensure high strength and reliability.
Quality & Packing:
Each tube is tested for surface finish (Ra value), straightness, roundness, and mechanical properties. Tubes are carefully packed with protective caps and wrapping for damage-free delivery.
